Marc Purcell

Marc Purcell is an international development leader with more than 25 years’ experience across the humanitarian, human rights, and community sectors. He served 15 years as Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID), where he led national advocacy on humanitarian policy, development effectiveness, and Australia’s global engagement.

He is currently the Head of Government Relations for the Fred Hollows Foundation.
